King prawns with chilli crème fraîche

A fabulous fishy topping that’s perfect to serve when a few friends pop round for an afternoon of kitchen snacking.


  1. Mix the chilli, lime zest and coriander with the crème fraîche.
  2. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Spread generously on top of your rice cake.
  4. Top with the cooked prawns and a sprinkle of toasted sesame seeds.
