Organic Pigs In Blankets with Cranberry Sauce

Pigs in blankets are too delicious to be reserved for a one-off Christmas side dish – try them as a party snack. Helen Browning’s have created the ultimate Pigs in Blankets bundle available from their online Christmas shop delivered straight to your door.


  1. Heat the oven to 180C/160C fan/gas 5.
  2. Cut the bacon rashers in half. Wrap a piece of bacon around each of the Speedy Sausages.
  3. Place in a shallow baking tray that will hold all of the sausages snuggly, and pop in the oven for 25 minutes until golden brown and sizzling. Shake the pan gently half way through to turn the sausages in the cooking juices.
  4. Serve with a bowl of cranberry sauce for dipping.
