Banana & peanut butter breakfast sandwich

Give your morning toast a makeover with mashed banana in gooey peanut butter & raspberry jam.


  1. Spread peanut butter and raspberry jam on two slices of bread.
  2. Mash banana with a fork. Add mashed banana on top of one of the bread slices. Top with the other slice of bread (peanut butter side down).
  3. Heat some butter in a pan. Transfer the sandwich to the pan and cook on medium heat until toasted. Flip to toast the other side.
  4. Serve straight away, while warm.


All to be sourced organic where possible

  • 1 small ripe banana
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1-2 tsp raspberry jam (or a small handful of mashed fresh raspberries)
  • 2 wholemeal bread slices
  • Butter to cook sandwich
