Filthy Martini Cocktail

A twist on the iconic ‘Dirty’ Martini. It is perfect for drinkers who prefer a saltier profile.


  1. Add 3 olives to a mixing jug and muddle
  2. Top up with Dà Mhìle Seaweed Gin, Dry Vermouth and Olive brine
  3. Fill the jug with ice and sir continuously for around 30 seconds to allow the ingredients to chill and dilute slightly
  4. Strain into a chilled glass and garnish with olives
