Melon, kale and broccoli smoothie

If you crave something refreshing and healthy then this smoothie is for you. It has a fresh and green taste perfectly balanced by the sweetness of melon. Bursting with the goodness of organic kale and broccoli, it is ideal for breakfast, snack or when you need to re-hydrate after working out. A delicious way to have some of your 5 a day!


  1. Place melon, kale and broccoli in a blender. Whizz to liquid. Add coconut water and mint. Whizz again. Add dates and lime to taste. Whizz again. Add ice cubes. Whizz again.
  2. Serve with a sprinkle of shelled hemp on top.


All to be sourced organic where possible

  • 225g honeydew melon
  • 25g kale (roughly 1 handful)
  • 70g broccoli florets
  • 200ml coconut water
  • 2 sprigs of fresh mint (to taste)
  • 2 dates (optional)
  • Juice of 1/2 lime
  • Handful of ice cubes
  • Shelled hemp to serve
