Summer berry pancakes

This is an easy recipe and a real winner with family and friends alike. You can even save some of the batter and make fresh pancakes a few days in a row.


  1. Mix all the ingredients until you get a smooth batter.
  2. Heat a small non-stick pan and make beautiful small pancakes. Pouring a portion of the batter in a circle and cooking both sides.
  3. Once done serve with nut butter and fresh strawberries, eat straight away!


All to be sourced organic where possible

  • 180g buckwheat flour
  • 250ml plant milk
  • 1 tbsp nut butter
  • 1/2 tsp bicarbonate of soda
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
